Tickets are non-refundable
All Pop It Play session and event tickets are non-refundable once booked.
Customer cancellation is not available online. Where eligible, bookings may be transferred up to 48 hours before the booked session starts. After that, please contact Pop It Play if you need help.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If Pop It Play cancels the session or event, we will contact you about the available remedy.
