St Andrews Reception Meet-Up for September 2026 Starters Friday 26 June 2026 | 4:00pm–6:00pm We’re delighted to invite children starting Reception at St Andrews in September 2026 to join us for a special meet-up session. This is a lovely opportunity for children and families to meet others before starting school, in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Please read the booking information and Terms and Conditions below before securing your place. Terms and Conditions of Booking 1. Who this event is for This event is strictly for children starting Reception at St Andrews in September 2026 only. To help keep the session focused on new starters, we kindly ask that siblings do not attend. However, if a younger sibling does need to attend, they must also have a valid ticket. 2. Tickets and entry Only children attending the event are required to hold a valid ticket. Each ticketed child may be accompanied by up to two adults. If a younger sibling attends, a separate ticket must be purchased for them. Tickets are valid only for this event and are non-transferable. 3. Booking your place Tickets can be booked online or via Facebook to secure your place. Please note that online booking will close 2 hours before the event to allow time for final reporting and preparation. 4. Walk-in spaces A limited number of walk-in spaces may be available on the day, subject to capacity. Please note that walk-in tickets will be charged at a higher price than pre-booked tickets. Walk-in entry cannot be guaranteed. 5. What the ticket includes Each child’s ticket includes: a small snack unlimited squash during the event 6. Refunds All tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be offered for non-attendance, late arrival, or bookings made for children who do not meet the event eligibility requirements. 7. Admission We reserve the right to refuse entry if: the booking does not meet these Terms and Conditions the child is not due to start Reception at St Andrews in September 2026 the event has reached safe capacity limits 8. Event changes We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event if necessary. This may include changes to refreshments, arrangements, or admission procedures. If the event has to be cancelled, further information will be provided to those who have booked. 9.
