Mother’s Day Mug Design Session — Event Description Join us for a fun and creative 2-hour session where children can design and personalise a special Mother’s Day mug for Mum or a loved one. All craft materials are provided, and each child will decorate their own design, which will be printed onto a mug during the session. Children will leave with their finished mug on the same day, presented in a gift bag. The session also includes supervised play time. Terms and Conditions 1. Tickets and Entry • Tickets are required for each child. • The ticket price includes all craft materials, mug printing, gift bag, and play session. • Up to two adults may accompany each child at no additional cost. • Sibling discounts are available where stated. 2. Session Details • Each session lasts approximately 2 hours. • Please arrive on time to ensure full participation. Late arrivals may miss part of the activity. 3. Refunds and Transfers • Tickets are non-refundable. • Bookings may be transferred to another person if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. 4. Supervision and Responsibility • Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult(s) at all times. • Our team will supervise activities but cannot provide one-to-one childcare. 5. Health and Safety • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs. • All reasonable care will be taken to ensure a safe environment. 6. Personalised Items • Every effort will be made to reproduce designs accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to the printing process. • Additional items may be available for purchase to have the child’s design printed on. 7. Photography • Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform us on arrival if you do not consent to images of your child being used. 8. Changes to the Event • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the session if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
